We want you to feel confident in every step you take with Barefoot. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
